By creating an account or using Eucarl in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Eucarl. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

• You are responsible for keeping your PIN secure and confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not create accounts for the purpose of violating these Terms.
• You may not transfer your account to another person.

You agree not to use Eucarl to:

• Post content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, or abusive.
• Share hate speech, discrimination, or content that incites violence.
• Post sexually explicit content involving minors.
• Spam, scam, or deceive other users.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
• Share another person's private information without consent.

You retain ownership of the content you post on Eucarl. By posting, you grant Eucarl a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.

You represent that you have the right to post any content you submit, and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Eucarl reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines without notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Eucarl is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that content posted by users is accurate.

We are not responsible for the content posted by users. Views expressed by users are their own and do not represent the views of Eucarl.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eucarl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Eucarl after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
